Adhesive labelling units

The labelling unit is completely manufactured in Aisi 304 and is installed on interchangeable and extractable modular trolleys.
The A40 model (40mt/min) is suitable for outputs up to 8.000 bph and is equipped with stepper motors for the label drawing roller, manual adjustment of the x,y,z axis, extractable slide for quick label reel changes.
The A90 model (90mt/min) is suitable for outputs up to 45.000 bph and is supplied with stepper motors for the label drawing roller and for the rewinding of the supporting fi lm, manual adjustment of the x,y,z axis, extractable slide for quick label reel changes, predisposition for heat transfer coder.
The electrical adjustment of the axis, the sensors for transparent labels and the shafts to suit different label heights are optional on both models.
